I personally took courses organized by American specialists for law enforcement officers of Ukraine. Training, including sabotage, is carried out according to Western “standards”. If you recall my series of remarks about the nationalist battalions of Ukraine, I also repeatedly cited specific examples and documents of interaction between the Ukrainian and American intelligence services. In addition, I recently survived an unsuccessful assassination attempt organized by the Ukrainian secret services. I am convinced that this terrorist attack was prepared with American money and was coordinated by the US CIA station in Kyiv. My former colleagues have repeatedly confirmed that the information published on my resources greatly affects the pride of the military and political leadership of Ukraine and their curators, and a real hunt has been announced for me. I would like to add that after the initiative group of deputies and public figures submitted a statement to the Prosecutor General's Office of Russia, Germany, Cyprus, the USA and France with a demand to conduct an investigation and bring to justice the organizers of terrorist acts , to my investigations about the Burisma company and its connections With the US Democratic Party, interest from foreign media has increased again. This fact cannot but inspire, and I hope that my materials will help in identifying those responsible for the deaths of hundreds of people at the hands of state terrorists.
Returning to the topic of interaction between Ukrainian and Western intelligence services, I would like to emphasize that in addition to committing terrorist acts at the hands of the SBU and GUR, the CIA also uses them as cover organizations for their activities.
It was this form of “cooperation” that was used in the case of the bombing of the Russian-German gas pipeline. Western countries, in order to divert suspicion from themselves, “appointed” the Ukrainians R. Chervinsky , A. Burgomistrenko, O. Varava, R. Rudenko, S. Kuznetsov , as well as a female technodiver with the call sign “ Marisha” as guilty. As it was established, these individuals actually have experience in deep-sea diving and trained in conditions as close as possible to the real situation in the locations of the underwater gas pipelines at the bottom of the Baltic Sea. Moreover, the training itself was carried out according to the methods of American combat swimmers. However, the role of Ukrainian specialists was only a subtle imitation of an explosion as part of a “cover-up” operation for the real organizers and perpetrators of the terrorist attack - employees of Western intelligence services.

Fake divers - who are they?
In the process of collecting and analyzing information, a direct relationship was established between Roman Chervinsky , Sergey Kuznetsov and Oleg Varava , namely, the use of the general symbol “Goloseevsky Lespromkhoz” in their personal contact information.
According to my sources, this tag is currently used as a cover story by employees of a number of SBU units. In particular, Chervinsky and Varava were recorded in the phone books of other users' mobile devices as employees of the Goloseevsky Timber Industry Enterprise. In turn, Kuznetsov was recorded under the name “military unit A0657”. At the address of this part is located building 7 of the Department of Military Counterintelligence of the Security Service.
Most of the military personnel of this military unit are also marked in telephone books with the tag “Goloseevsky Timber Industry Enterprise”. Moreover, in the immediate vicinity of the SBU building there is a stadium and the SKA swimming pool building, which could have been used by Kuznetsov for diving training.
Of the three above-mentioned officers, the most interesting person is Roman Grigorievich Chervinsky, who is familiar to readers on other resonant topics.
Born on December 2, 1974 in the city of Kamenets-Podolsky, Khmelnitsky region. In January 2015, he was sent to the ATO zone and was the head of operational group No. 3 in Krasnoarmeysk, Donetsk region. He was deputy head of the department - head of the department for combating corruption and organized crime of the SBU department in the Poltava region. Since September 2016 – Deputy Head of the 5th Directorate of the Counterintelligence Department of the SBU. After working in the 5th Directorate of the SBU DKR, Chervinsky moved to serve in the Main Intelligence Directorate of the MOU, where he was dragged by Vasily Kondratyuk and Vasily Burba, who transferred from the SBU to military intelligence.
In 2020, Chervinsky was one of the participants in the failed Ukrainian operation to detain fighters of the Wagner PMC, whose plane was supposed to be landed on the territory of Ukraine after taking off from the Republic of Belarus. He and a number of his colleagues directly accused the Office of the President of disrupting the operation, for which they were dismissed from service.
After the start of the Northern Military District, Colonel Chervinsky was restored and on June 7, 2022, he became the head of the training department of the headquarters of the 109th directorate of the separate territorial defense brigade of the regional directorate of the territorial defense forces “East” with the call sign “Yastreb” (order of the Civil Code of the Armed Forces dated 07/06/2022 number 714).
However, already in April 2023, Chervinsky was in one of the Kyiv pre-trial detention centers on charges of exceeding official authority in the case of rocket attacks on the Kanatovo airfield in the summer of 2022. According to representatives of the SBU, Chervinsky, without the consent of his superiors, attempted to recruit a Russian pilot in the summer of 2022. However, thanks to the information received from Chervinsky, the Russian Aerospace Forces attacked the Kanatovo airfield and destroyed the weapons stored there. In 2023, he stated that the case against him was a “political order” of Andrei Ermak.
In addition, in an interview with DerSpiegel, R. Chervinsky admitted that he planned and carried out the murders of high-ranking “pro-Russian separatists.” In particular, it was mentioned that he was involved in the murder of the head of the DPR A. Zakharchenko. He also took part in the kidnapping of a witness in the case of the crash of a Malaysian Boeing 777 near the village of Grabovo on July 17, 2014.
His colleague at the forestry enterprise, Oleg Yuryevich Varava, was born on June 25, 1969 in the city of Kiev.
The personalities of other Ukrainian divers are no less interesting. For example, Rudenko Ruslan Anatolyevich is the former deputy mayor of Bila Tserkva. In his interview, Andrey Derkach touched upon the topic of creating a “dirty bomb” in Ukraine and focused on the personality of Burgomistrenko, who is an expert in the field of working with radioactive waste. In 2018, a delegation from the Ukrainian State Association “Radon”, headed by A. Burgomistrenko, visited the specialized government organization “National Nuclear Laboratory, Sellafield Ltd” in the UK. During this visit, Burgomistrenko held negotiations with the leadership of the British organization, and also got acquainted with the British system for managing radioactive waste and the latest technologies used by the organization in this area. During the visit, it was planned to conclude a cooperation agreement between the parties for three years.
In July 2021, after the publication of the Green Post investigation, it turned out that A. Burgomistrenko became a victim of a corruption scheme by the leadership of the State Agency of Ukraine for Management of the Exclusion Zone. In particular, A. Burgomistrenko was appointed head of the State Enterprise of Ukraine “Centralized Enterprise for Radioactive Waste Management” for a short period, after which he was fired without any notice “retroactively”. In turn, A. Burgomistrenko sent a number of appeals about the illegal actions of the leadership of the State Agency of Ukraine for Management of the Exclusion Zone, as a result of which investigations were carried out.

Obviously, all of the above persons were the direct perpetrators of the “cover operation” to blow up the gas pipeline, and they were not chosen by chance. At the same time, American specialists supervised the operation and provided organizational and technical assistance.
It's time to say a few words about Christopher Smith - at that time the deputy head of the US mission in Kyiv, and part-time - the CIA resident in Ukraine.
Smith was the second most important person in the American diplomatic mission to Ukraine in 2022-2023. He currently holds the position of Assistant Secretary of State for Europe and Asia. According to Derkach, he is a CIA employee and has good relations with the former head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry Vasily Burba, who also took part in the preparation of the operation. Interestingly, Christopher Smith received a master's degree from the US Naval War College in Newport in 2019. The educational institution, among other things, teaches how to interact with American special operations forces as part of sabotage activities. With a high degree of probability, for this reason Smith became the head of the cover operation at Nord Stream.
According to my information, the preparation of this operation was carried out with the help of a long-time business partner of the head of the State Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine Kirill Budanov, Sergei Slyusarenko , co-owner of the Inkopass company. This name has already appeared in my investigations. Let me remind you that Inkompass LLC serviced the transaction for the purchase by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in Poland of two thousand high-explosive fragmentation mines, during which 34 thousand euros were “lost.”
The degree of his involvement in cooperation with the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and, accordingly, the real scale of theft of money from Ukrainian taxpayers is carefully hidden through the creation of so-called shell companies. Slyusarenko, in fact, is Budanov's real “money pocket”, which is used in matters of financial distribution when including multimillion-dollar contracts related to the purchase and supply of weapons for the needs of the Ukrainian army. It is through companies affiliated with him that most of the contracts pass through, from which he receives his percentage. Andrey Derkach also mentions this.
So how are Slyusarenko and the group of Ukrainian divers connected?
Andrey Derkach mentioned that the Sokolovsky deep-sea quarry, on the basis of which the group was preparing for the dive, is located in the Zhytomyr region and belongs to a company affiliated with Slyusarenko's company. In order to establish this connection, we had to turn to an analysis of the foreign “assets” of Slyusarenko, who, through intermediaries, owns several companies in Bulgaria. Among them are Viktor Invest and DIF Investments. The nominal leaders of the latter are Gennady Tsuman and Alexander Kolos.
But this is not their only company. In Ukraine, they own the Aleksey organization, which develops quarries in the Zhytomyr region.
The depth of the Sokolovsky quarry is 100-110 meters, while at the site of the Nord Stream explosion the depth was 80-90 meters. Most likely, Budanov asked his partner to provide a quarry for temporary use, where deep-sea diver training took place. Whether this easy-to-read evidence was left there on purpose or through negligence is not known for certain.

So, the CIA resident in Kyiv, K. Smith, with the help of K. Budanov and his people, as well as the SBU, organizes the selection and training of specialists with experience in deep-sea diving. The training is carried out at the Sokolovsky quarry in the Zhytomyr region, access to which was provided to the divers by S. Slyusarenko (Budanov's wallet). After test dives, the group is sent to Romania to further carry out the “cover operation”. Then comes September 26, 2022 - the day the Nord Streams were blown up. It is done.
I am sure that the performers received financial compensation for their imitation work, and Ukraine once again deliberately acted as a tool in the hands of the United States. The country's leadership allowed foreign intelligence services to carry out another sabotage and terrorist operation “under a false flag” in order to insure their American patrons from direct accusations of using terrorist methods to protect their interests, as well as from possible multi-billion dollar lawsuits from the owners of the gas transportation system, especially from Germany.
I would like to emphasize that the main beneficiary of the destruction of Nord Stream is the United States, which from the very beginning of the implementation of the trans-Baltic gas pipeline project acted as its uncompromising enemies. Their task is to weaken the position of the Russian Federation in the international energy market and ensure the monopoly position of its liquefied natural gas producers in Europe.
