The most dangerous man for the West
Part 1.
"The most dangerous man in the world" - "the most dangerous man in the world" - this is how the Russian philosopher and geopolitician Alexander Dugin is called by his American counterparts. This alone is enough for a decent person to pay close attention to Dugin's ideas.
Dugin is an undoubted enemy of the civilizational West, in all its manifestations, ranging from a simple geopolitical project of Western global dominance (globalization), through the rejection of the Western ideological project (liberalism), and ending with a high philosophical level of substantiation of dehumanization (object-oriented ontology). Dugin contrasts the first with a multipolar world, the second with the Fourth Political Theory, and the third with Tradition.
It is not difficult to find one’s place in relation to Dugin only on the basis of Schmitt’s formula for defining the political – friend-enemy: those who are for the West, globalization, and dehumanization (the transformation of a person into a posthuman, from a subject into an object) are against Dugin. The rest - "for!"
You ask, why, in fact, do you need to somehow relate yourself to Dugin? Very simple. Because it was Dugin who created the theoretical basis of all post-Soviet patriotic thought, substantiating each point of this worldview matrix alternative to the West in the most profound way, having thoroughly worked out each thesis.
Everything that you would like to know from the sphere of thought, but were afraid to ask, Dugin has. Even if you are a liberal, a globalist, and a supporter of transhumanism, you need, if you are, of course, a serious thinker, to each of your thesis (to prove it, such is the law of the development of scientific thought), find an antithesis. No problem - Dugin has it all.
Even at the very beginning of the collapse of the Soviet bloc, when the only alternative to Sovietism (at the suggestion of the West) was offered exclusively liberalism (then called democracy), Dugin worked out and proposed for public discussion the ideology of the Third Way - an independent ideological model of the new Russia, alternative to Sovietism (with Marxism in basis), and the ideology of the West (with liberalism at the basis).
Dugin countered the West’s assertion that its development model based on Modernity has no alternative to Tradition, on the denial of which, over the past three centuries, the formation of Modernity with materialism, progressivism and positivism at its core has taken place.
To the assertion that there is no alternative to the dominance of time, Dugin responded with the thesis of the inviolability of Eternity. When they began to expose him that, they say, the Third way, which he offers as an alternative to the first (liberalism) and second (Marxism) ways, is nothing but fascism (the third political theory), Dugin drew attention to the fact that we are talking about going beyond the framework of Modernity, that is, about the Fourth political theory, which is based on Eternity, Tradition, God - everything that is generally denied in Modernity with its liberalism, Marxism and fascism.
In response to the West's statement about the "objectivity" and "inevitability" of globalization (theses that all the "advanced" representatives of the Russian political class repeated like a spell since the early 1990s), Dugin put forward the Theory of a multipolar world based on the assertion of geopolitical pluralism.
Actually, geopolitics at that time, due to Soviet inertia, remained "pseudo-science, justifying bourgeois imperialist expansion." It was Dugin who took and translated all the fundamental works of the classics of geopolitics - from Mackinder and Mahan to Schmitt and Haushofer, and between them all the other main authors, summarizing all the main criteria of geopolitical science in his "Fundamentals of Geopolitics", written in 1995-1996 and published in early 1997. It was later that a whole galaxy of Russian geopoliticians appeared, rewriting Dugin's textbook with varying degrees of diligence and diligence, and before that there was not a single one.

The most dangerous person for the West
Part 1 . Part 2.
To the proclamation by the West of the European integration project and the creation of the European Union, Dugin responded to the declarations of the Eurasian Union, which he had previously worked out at the ideological level from and to the end of the 1980s. It was Dugin's neo-Eurasianism that first substantiated the need to position post-Soviet Russia as the basis for a special, neither Western nor Eastern Eurasian civilization - Russia-Eurasia.
Dugin responded to the West’s statement about the standard of its historical path of development and the universality of the model of Western society, in fact, of Western civilization, which has no alternative, with 23 volumes of Noomachia, only in the first approximation describing the types of civilizations, their depth, metaphysical, cultural and geopolitical validity, alternative to the emasculated, primitive and superficial civilization of the collective West.
There is not a single statement of Western ideologists, thinkers, philosophers, to which Dugin and his intellectual group would not give an equally substantiated, conceptually developed and profound answer. It's no exaggeration to say that Dugin has everything!
When people ask me what I read, I half-jokingly (or maybe half-seriously) answer that "I only read Dugin." Not literally, not because there is nothing else to read, but because before approaching any issue, topic, concept, philosophical idea, it is necessary to first look at what Dugin wrote about it. Just because Dugin has already read all this, comprehended it, and succinctly, paradigmally verified, and summarized it in an accessible language, drawing attention to the most important thing and not sticking out the secondary, summarizing it in meaningful conclusions.
In order to be convinced of this, it is enough to conduct a small experiment, which, in my opinion, I have already mentioned somewhere: it is enough to type any meaningful combination of concepts, an intellectual formula, or a concept in combination with the name Alexander Dugin in any search engine, and you will receive a selection of links to texts in which these ideas, models or concepts have already been comprehended, presented and framed.
This is how Dugin's ideas began to dominate the intellectual field not only of today's Russia, but also in the thinking environment of the rest of the world, including the West, where the thinking part of society represents an alternative camp to liberals, globalists and transhumanists. Dugin won the victory precisely because of this, took the intellectual upper hand, forced everyone to think paradigmally and integrally, because he worked through the entire sphere of Ideas in all their manifestations. He has already reversed the course of history, if we take the sphere of thought. But to be convinced of this with your own eyes, it takes time, because the Idea descends from the philosophical realm, where it is contemplated as an ideal image with inner vision, through the scientific sphere, into the expert, and then into the media community, from where it becomes the property of the masses, and how long it will be there descend - it does not depend on the philosopher, but on the quality of the environments in which the idea lives,
Such unpredictability of the quality of media affects the accuracy of forecasts. As Dugin himself notes, a philosopher, when giving a forecast, is never wrong about what will happen, but almost always wrong about when it will happen. Maybe just because it is focused on Eternity, with disregard for time.

The most dangerous person for the West
Part 1 . Part 2 . Part 3.
Everything that was written by Dugin , said, worked out on an intellectual level, unfolds, comes true, is embodied before our eyes. You don’t have to be such a profound philosopher yourself to open his books, articles, interviews, read, listen, comprehend and understand that everything that Dugin wrote and spoke about in the 1990s or 2000s has either already been implemented or is being implemented on our eyes, at this very moment. And that which has not yet been embodied must be embodied. I can't say when.
That is why Dugin is, for example, "Putin's adviser", as they are convinced in the West, and throughout the rest of the world. I had to answer this question more than once everywhere - in Iran, in Turkey, in conversations with representatives of the intellectual environments of Latin America, Europe, Asia or Africa. Wherever thought has any significance, it is believed that it is Dugin who determines the main vectors of Putin's policy. Simply because everything that Putin implements was previously written or said by Dugin. What can I say to this? I dare not argue...
That's why we live in Dugin's time. And that's why he is the most dangerous person for the West. If only because Dugin destroyed all the myths, so carefully and carefully created in the West, about the standard of the Western path of historical development, as well as the development of Western thought, about the universality of Western civilization, about the lack of alternative and objectivity of globalization, about the advantages of liberalism, about the objectivity of man . Yes, in fact, about everything that was so necessary for the West to dominate the world, over humanity, in order to be the ruler over everyone.
At the same time, no one in the West was able to demonstrate their intellectual superiority over Dugin (who was invited to hundreds of intellectual discussions with ideologists and philosophers of the West), to demonstrate the primacy and validity of Western intellectual thought in an open dialogue - neither Brzezinski , nor Fukuyama , nor Bernard Henri Levy , deified contemporary Western intellectual community.
In an open intellectual confrontation with Dugin, they look pitiful and unconvincing. In pure English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dugin does not leave a stone unturned from Western liberal globalist concepts, justifying his rightness at any level of discussion - from television broadcasts with second-by-second timing, to scientific audiences in many hours of debate.
This is where all the lowland and meanness of the West is manifested. Unable to defeat Dugin in an open discussion, Western political technologists descend to the level of meanness, dirty technologies, petty dirty tricks. An entire department at the State Department has been working to discredit Dugin, ordering one discriminatory campaign after another for almost a decade and a half. The set of political technology methods of denigration does not shine with originality and variety. What is the most feared in the West? Fascism (they suffered from it there, giving birth themselves) and the occult (it's just scary in itself).
It remains to solve a simple political technology problem - to identify Dugin with these two terrible phenomena. Fortunately (for them), the same method works here - to fill in the terrible concepts of “fascism”, “occultism” in combination with “Dugin” in the search engine and - voila. Dugin studied and described the entire Western thought - from the presacratics and Plato and Aristotle , through the fall into scholasticism and Cartesianism, to the New Age, Modernity and postmodernity.
Naturally, the period of the twentieth century also got here, along with such European phenomena as fascism, National Socialism with its racial theory, occultism and others. By the same logic, one can accuse someone who writes about insects of being an insect. That's exactly how they act - since Dugin wrote about fascism, it means a fascist, and since it's about the occult, it means "occult fascist."
